Terms of Service and Public Offer

Official agreement governing the use of the «Interaktiv Ta'lim» platform and subscription purchases.

1. General Provisions

This document constitutes the official Public Offer and Terms of Service between «Interaktiv Ta'lim» (the «Platform») and users (the «User»).

By creating an account, accessing the website, or purchasing any paid plan, the User accepts and agrees to be bound by these Terms.

2. Services and Subscription Plans

The Platform provides interactive educational games, digital quizzes, printable worksheets, and classroom management tools for educators.

Access is offered under the following subscription tiers:

Free: Introductory access with basic limits.

Start: Extended limits for smaller classes and active educators.

Pro: Full suite of tools for regular teaching with larger audiences.

Super: Maximum unlimited resources, all games, and premium features.

3. Payment Terms and Subscription Period

Paid subscription plans are valid for 30 (thirty) calendar days starting immediately upon successful payment confirmation.

Payments are processed in national currency (UZS) via authorized payment gateways (Payme, Click, Uzum Pay, bank cards).

Upon expiration, the account automatically reverts to the Free tier without deleting existing user data.

4. Refund Policy

The Platform delivers digital software services (SaaS). Once a subscription is activated, services are deemed rendered and fees are generally non-refundable.

Refunds may be considered under specific circumstances:

Duplicate charge resulting from a technical transaction error (excess amount refunded).

Platform technical failure preventing plan activation within 24 hours of payment confirmation.

Refund requests must be submitted within 3 (three) business days of the transaction.

5. Intellectual Property

All source code, game mechanics, visual assets, and instructional designs are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a non-exclusive license to use resources solely for direct classroom and educational purposes. Redistribution or resale is strictly prohibited.

6. Responsibilities & Limitation of Liability

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.

The Platform makes reasonable efforts to maintain continuous availability and provide timely support.

Temporary maintenance downtime will be communicated in advance when possible.

7. Dispute Resolution & Contact
